Personal medical assistant app
This idea started from the question "How can we raise awareness about HIV in a clear simple manner, to also help patients and inform as well?"
I imagined an app that serves both as general information, a personal assistant to the HIV positive and a connection between communities.
It includes general world news on the status of the HIV virus around the world, the advancement of research and care provided to those positive. Media articles, interviews, external links to follow more.
The creation of an account lets the patient (or curious reader) have access to all the info and tools they need to live their life as carefree as possible. They can find a calendar of appointments with the possibility to set a booking for the next medical check. They can keep in contact with their doctor through direct call, message or direct booking. The possibility to customise a treatment list of prescribed medication which is then delivered as a package directly home or to a clinic nearby. A maps section to find the nearest clinic.
I have chosen to shift my branding color palette further from the classical overused "red for blood test" into a more friendly and optimistic choice. Great progress has been made with HIV research and treatments, and i wanted my branding to reflect this change and progress, and get to raise awareness on the issue in a more welcoming way (set asside from the prejudice this issue still faces with HIV positive people).
