Little Maharajas is the concept inspired by Indian Maharajas, how they sit, talk, their body language and their gaze and most importantly their confidence.
For the new geographic campaign shoot of Nepenthes Needles, it was important to have a storyline that was inspired by the roots of India with Japanese minimalism. I wanted to incorporate a cultural element of India with the brand aesthetics.
The elements like the location, accessories, the hair adds to the rawness, the layout of the image brings the minimal nature of the brand but making it look, Royal. and the props like necklace, prints and embellishments on the shirts not only adds the cultural aspect.
