Bright.
Microdistrict

This is a unique project for Russian development, made for the Third Trust group of companies — the oldest and most experienced developer in the Republic of Bashkortostan with an 80-year history. We took part in this work at the stage of formation and development of the concept, which became the foundation for all subsequent decisions, including architecture, planning and zoning. The concept, name, slogan and identity were developed for the microdistrict with a territorial area of 384 hectares and a total construction area of more than 1 000 000 square meters, which will become home to about 25 000 people.
The name, simple and understandable to the widest range of people, creates an incredibly warm emotional image. This is a bright positive life and the richness of colors of the world and of the microdistrict itself. The developed slogan allows you to fully reveal it. The microdistrict is divided into 15 blocks, each one has its own name, its own branded graphics and its own color code, which is used in navigation and decorative panels on buildings. Architectural portraits of the brightest cities in the world formed the basis of illustrations. "Bright Budapest", "Bright Amsterdam", "Bright Istanbul", "Bright Paris", "Bright Mumbai", "Bright St. Petersburg", "Bright Copenhagen", "Bright Sydney", "Bright New York", "Bright Beijing", "Bright Madrid", "Bright Rome", "Bright Tokyo", "Bright Rio" and "Bright London" — these are the colors of the world.
According to our concept, there are sushi bars in the "Bright Tokyo" area, pizzerias in "Bright Rome", and shopping squares in "Bright Istanbul". In the area of "Bright Sydney", located on the shore of the lake, there is a boat station and a real rowing canal. And "Bright London", located on the peninsula of Lake Tanugush, is the center of educational institutions. This solution creates a logically complete image and is an example of conceptual urban construction.

Slogan: All colors of the world.
