Significantly more women than men study design related courses. This also applies to prize winners of competitions. Nevertheless, the majority of successful and well-paid designers are men. 

The aim of this project is to support young female designers/ design graduates and help them to stand up for themselves. Whether in everyday work, in conversations with colleagues or in salary negotiations.

The Empower Tower is a tool kit for the start of your everyday worklife as a female designer. The design graduates get the tower at their graduation ceremony.In the tower you can find a brochure with tips for the salary negotiations, a poster with power poses for more confidence, stickers as a reminder to believe in yourself and learning cards which can help you through difficult work related situations.
