Decentralized Market for Architectural Components

For the systematic change in circular construction, user involvement must be maintained. Role of the architect and the inhabitant is closely related. Thus the project embraces user interface design as well. The components can be bought and sold through the app and up to date information can be shared through photos, videos qr codes.
Decentralised market and components:
A digital market of architectural components operating with Blockchain technology has been formed. DLT is being used for crypto-currencies, blockchain being an example of it and operating in a decentralized system, increases inclusivity and flexibility. Recognizing the potential of decentralized systems, the design objective became a systematic way of creating architectural care. Components of the building will be commodities that can be bought and sold among decentralized owners. The system will increase the care and importance given to each individual component in both design and maintenance stages.
Smart contracts allow anyone to become an investor and obtain transparent data about the building. The project specifically focuses on DFD and Reuse as circular construction methodologies.
