Set Them Free Campaign

Oxfam Set Them Free Campaign
Charity Campaign Creation
A large project of my BA in graphic design was to complete a live brief relating to the social issues of Giving and Getting.  The brief required use of design to evoke need and inspire generosity.  I had to choose an existing charity and design a means by which it could increase its fundraising and other resources.  The main purpose of the campaign was to conceptualize ways of making it easier for people to give, charities to ask or a combination of both.

Oxfam was the chosen charity and a large scale, multifaceted 3 month campaign was envisioned and implemented.  The campaign tried to tackle the problem of education in developing countries and focused on 5 of the poorest countries in Africa.  The focal point of the campaign was the use of the bubble blower toy to symbolize setting children free with education.  The bubble pots also served as a money collection vessel that could be sent back to Oxfam at the end of the campaign.
