Design Concept.
Rat symbolizes wealth and surplus in Chinese culture. To celebrate the year of Rat, we incorporated different forms of rats on the red packet design. Wishing every individual a harvest year.
Blessings from the Little Rats.
To highlight the talents of rats, like the acute sense of smell and multifunctional long tail, the gold foil printing effect has been adopted. Besides, there is a myth that rats particularly like cheese. Thus, a cheesy-liked texture paper "Polytrade Bubble Egg Yolk" was chosen to present this idea by illustrating a group of rats is enjoying and hiding behind the yummy cheese.
Results.
Celebrating the new decade, these red packets bring blessings to our valued customers. Received positive feedback from clients is usually an encouragement to us. We are also honoured to receive Gold Award in Print - Collateral Material in International Design Awards (2020) and Hong Kong Smart Design Awards (2020).
