Innovation zones will be able to create companies working on autonomous cars, IoT, robotics, AI, wireless technology, biometrics and renewable energy sources. For one of such company, 33bY Architecture, designed a modern-style headquarters apartment with a laboratory, recreation areas, parking, and office areas.
