Modeled the bike off of this image. I used a particle system on a sculpted/displaced plane and added some small grass elements using Graswald. Added some turbulence to the grass to animate it and added some smaller details like the wheels rotating with the pedals. Lighting is done through an hdri and a single sun lamp.
