In the 4th year of study, I developed a clause, which later influenced the choice of the topic for the graduation project. The clausure depicted a complex solution of individual hotels in Burabay on a difficult terrain surrounded by a dense pine forest. Further study of architecture related to tourism was more and more captured and
guided through the design course.

The relevance of the project is isolated by the fact that the development of regional and
international tourism is a priority for the Republic of Kazakhstan.
One of the most picturesque corners of Burabay was chosen for the design site. The advantages (pluses) of the place are: 1. Convenient transport network for visiting natural and cultural monuments; 2. Availability of hiking trails and routes; 3. Huge recreational potential. 4. Quiet beach and not deep lake.
5. Local nature and panoramic views.
In search of form, I approached the collaboration of Art Nouveau, Constructivism and Prairie styles.
The horizontal and vertical volumes of the building resemble a mountain range, repeating the
landscape surrounding it.
The complex consists of two main parts. The horizontal is public and the vertical is residential.
Since the building is located on a relief, the main executive floor is the third one, where the lobby, registration desk, lobby, bar, recreation area are located. On a lower level, such zones are developing as: an administrative zone, a sports and fitness zone, a SPA zone, a shopping and consumer services zone, a restaurant zone, a public block. promenade terraces are developing.
The vertical volume serves as a living block. It was decided to make it 8-storey, as a complementary element to the horizontal volume of the complex. The emphasis of the volume is the intersecting larch netting, it acts as a permanent sun protection structure and an additional walking system around the perimeter.
An exploited flat roof is used for the main building of the complex. It is located on the same level with the adjacent territory and provides additional territory for more useful use. The space functions as a court, a garden, a walking area, a seating area and an observation deck.
An analogue and the main inspiration was Igor Vasilevsky's boarding house "Friendship" in Kurpaty. Just like the analogue, it was decided to fit the main volume into the existing relief.
The final result.
The project consists of two complex parts, a volumetric part and an urban planning part. United by a common area, landscaping and stylistic solutions. General infographics include diagrams of the territory of the site, situational and general scheme, as well as general sweeps and views.
