Wheeler Material Handling is an authorized Yale dealer that serves the materials handling markets of North Carolina. In 2020, Wheeler Material Handling was named by Yale Materials Handling Corporation as one of the winners of the 2019 Dealer of Excellence award.
Every year, Yale’s authorized dealers participate in the Challenge Excellence program, where the top performers are awarded the Dealer of Excellence award. Winners are selected to demonstrate focused leadership and drive their clients to the highest performance possible in terms of materials handling.
To be considered for the Dealer in Excellence award, a dealer must meet Yale’s rigorous standards of business practice. The assessment areas include service, training, rental, new unit sales, aftermarket, customer satisfaction, and general management. These standards and criteria undergo an annual review. They are modified accordingly to ensure that they are aligned with the evolving client expectations and the heightening demands of the materials handling industry.
