The Concept for the Germiston Courthouse was 'Open Justice', making the justice and the courtroom as well as the various rituals of a court case visible to the public as to make the public feel that the justice system serves them. The Germiston Courthouse aims to make the public part of the judicery system through interactive displays that keep the public more in touch with the legal goings on of the country and within the courthouse itself.
