The core element of the brand, 'The Bar' , also referred as the official emblem of the commonwealth games visually represents the games effort the raise the bar of sport for all humanity and a level playing field where athletes compete in the spirit of friendship and fair play.

The official colour palette used in the logo represents the core 'Trinity of values' of the commonwealth games which are Humanity, Destiny and Equality. On both ends of the bar there are two Table Tennis players from the opposite genders engaged in the sport.
