SOOCAS H5梵高系列吹风机，是与大英博物馆联名产品，当时博物馆授权公司，得到了几张梵高的画作，有《野玫瑰》《盛开的杏花》《菊花》等等........然后出了一些工艺方案，例如：在铝合金桶身上镭雕一圈图案、在桶身侧面开一个宽度3cm，长跟桶身一样的凹槽做滴胶工艺（类似我们常见的带图案钥匙链）、或者采用转印工艺（将画印在手柄桶上）。
The SOOCAS H5 Van Gogh series hair dryer is a joint product with the British Museum. At that time, the museum authorized the company and obtained several Van Gogh paintings, including "Wild Rose", "Blooming Almond Flower", "Chrysanthemum" and so on... .. Then came out some process plans, such as: laser engraving a circle pattern on the aluminum alloy barrel body, opening a 3cm wide groove on the side of the barrel body to make glue dripping process (similar to our common pattern Key chain), or using transfer printing technology (print the picture on the handle barrel).
后面经过与供应商评估还有打样来看，镭雕：只能镭雕出线条，成本高昂，效果并不理想。滴胶工艺复杂实际操作生产很耗时间，且效果一般，更加昂贵，转印：机械操作，成本低并且容错高，消费者一眼看得出。所以最后选择了转印工艺。
Later, after evaluating with the supplier and looking at the proofing, laser engraving: only lines can be engraved by laser, which is costly and the effect is not ideal. The glue dispensing process is complicated and the actual operation and production are time-consuming, and the effect is average, and more expensive. Transfer: mechanical operation, low cost and high fault tolerance, consumers can see at a glance. So finally choose the transfer process.
然后市场人员选择了两幅画《菊花》《野玫瑰》去设计贴在手柄上，我当时思路就是把每幅画的背景扣掉，用手柄本身的素材颜色来充当背景来完整本身效果。经过实际打样，发现《菊花》里面植物元素过于集中，贴在手柄上面效果很差，像膏药！《野玫瑰》花瓣与叶片松散，贴在手柄上面效果更加！于是选择了这副《野玫瑰》去做联名产品。
Then the market staff chose two paintings "Chrysanthemum" and "Wild Rose" to design and paste on the handle. My idea at the time was to deduct the background of each painting and use the color of the handle itself as the background to complete the effect. After actual proofing, it was found that the plant elements in "Chrysanthemum" were too concentrated, and the effect of pasting on the handle was very poor, like a plaster! The petals and leaves of "Wild Rose" are loose, and the effect of sticking on the handle is even better! So I chose this pair of "Wild Rose" to make a joint product.
在后期生产中，贴在手柄上，整体质感触感一般，于是我们又加了哑面的UV漆在表面，增加了质感的同时又起到保护作用。
In the later production, it is attached to the handle, and the overall texture feels normal, so we added a dumb UV paint on the surface to increase the texture and protect it at the same time.
后面的工作就是根据CMF工艺图去工厂调整效果颜色，虽然都是绿色色系，但是因为不同部件工艺不同，整体调控非常繁琐。出风网是尼龙玻纤材质，桶身是铝合金，入风网是PP材质，手柄是ABS，电源线套是PVC材质。如此繁杂，所以我们首先挑选出合适的金属颜色（感谢工厂调色师傅的经验），然后根据金属件颜色调教出手柄桶的颜色，在以手柄颜色为标准去调教其他不同材质部件颜色，整体时间耗费一个多月！最终效果如大家看到的那样，后期补充每个部件的限度样后，产品完成！！
The next job is to adjust the effect color in the factory according to the CMF process drawing. Although they are all green colors, the overall control is very cumbersome because of the different processes of different components. The air outlet net is made of nylon fiberglass, the barrel body is aluminum alloy, the air inlet net is made of PP, the handle is ABS, and the power cord cover is made of PVC. It is so complicated, so we first select the appropriate metal color (thanks to the experience of the factory color master), and then adjust the color of the handle barrel according to the color of the metal parts, and adjust the color of other parts of different materials based on the color of the handle. The overall time It took more than a month! The final effect is as you can see. After supplementing the limit samples of each component in the later stage, the product is complete! !
