A few months ago I started this wonderful ceramic course on Domestika, taught by Pepa Espinoza.
It was a slow process for me, and I kept putting it aside, but every time I worked on it, my heart filled with joy and wonder, and it really has been some kind of a refuge from all the chaos the last year has brought.
The result is not 100% what I expected it to be, I made enough mistakes along the way, like putting on a too dense layer of glaze that covered much of my dimensional details, but the process was definitely worth it. I learned a lot from it and I can't wait to try this again.
I made the ceramic project based on one of my original illustrations.
