As the coronavirus pandemic continues to affect economies worldwide, companies develop new strategies to keep their businesses afloat. For their employees, a work-from-home arrangement has been implemented as part of navigating the new normal. 

Nearly a year has passed, more than a few companies closed shop or laid off their employees since. As a result, unemployment remains to be one of the world’s biggest concerns.

So, how do you find a job during this difficult time?

I’m sure that I’m not the only one who wondered whether I should continue to fill-out application forms and send out resumes or just assume that companies won’t be hiring at least in the foreseeable future.
