The visual identification for "Festival Otwarte Mieszkania" is a university project conducted at The Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow, Faculty of Industrial Design.
"Otwarte Mieszkania" Festival (Open Flats Festival) is an annual event in Kraków, Poland. It enables the participants to have a look at aesthetically pleasing interiors that are not available on everyday basis and also meet their owners.
An important aspect of the Festival is to contribute to building an attitude of openness and social trust, as well as to create a space for meetings and dialogue between the inhabitants of the city. The central point of visiting a given space is a meeting with its owner or designer. The Festival uncovers the architecture of the city and the stories of its inhabitants.
