These works showcase the Sunset Limited train between Palm Springs and Yuma with stops at Joshua Tree National Park, Anza Borrego California State Park, The Salton Sea, Salvation Mountain, East Jesus, and the Imperial Sand Dunes.

Released during the Covid-19 shutdown, this portfolio highlights some of the things I am currently missing the most – travel, being out in the American West, conversation with fellow travelers, and desert spring flowers. As Americans, we cherish our freedom of mobility and liberty which is ultimately the ethos of the west. That same identity thrives on isolation paired with a strong desire of community, all while surviving in a challenging landscape. The exact thing we are currently called upon to do.
