Samsung SAFE Forum Event Identity Branding

Project Background

Samsung Electronics, a globally renowned technology company, started its Foundry business in 2005. Through continued research, the development of cutting edge technologies and several successful collaborations with Foundry customers, Samsung Foundry has cemented itself as a major player in the Foundry Market. Samsung Foundry, a subsidiary under Samsung Electronics, holds its Samsung Advanced Foundry Ecosystem (SAFE™) Forum annually.

The SAFE™ forum brings together Samsung Foundry and industry experts. Together, they share the latest innovations in process and packaging technology, IP, design solutions and services to efficiently develop and manufacture semiconductor products. The SAFE™ forum 2020 was held virtually due to the deadly COVID-19 virus outbreak. Samsung Foundry's first-ever, global, virtual event has been showcased in five unique regions – The US, Korea, Japan, China, and Europe.

Our Solution

EIDETIC has established a virtual event platform that contains the keynote and partners' sessions. To localize the contents and optimize regional characteristics of each country's language, Eidetic has set up individual virtual sites in four regions: Korea, Japan, China, and Europe.

For the forum, Eidetic developed the keynote video as well as the digital events including the partner sessions. The keynote was recorded from a stage in Korea, under the guidance and management of Eidetic. Contents were localized for each attending region with translations covering Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and English on the portal sites. Events and sessions were conducted to follow regional times, allowing for attendees to take part in the event without losing sleep.
