Site area located in Ikan Tombro St., Mojolangu, Lowokwaru, Malang City, East Java. With an area 19,868 m2 is designed for residential apartment building with citywalk and mall as a shopping area on the podium of the building.
The natural beauty of Malang and its surroundings has very high potential as a residential building specially with heigh advantages to boost the mountains view nearby such as Mt. Bromo, Mt. Arjuna, and Mt. Kawi as well as the city panoramic view. There are not many residential buildings in the form of apartments in Malang, thereby building one of it will increasing the percentage of market value in some sector.
Besides the explenation above, as a city of tourism, Malang needs to add areas to play and walking area that still presents its natural beauty. Building tourist attractions with various types of entertainment or recreation for all people where there is also an open area as a place to reflect on the mind in a concept of “CityWalk”.
Combined with the function of apartment residential buildings intended for middle and upper class with routine activities that are more structured, is expected to help raise the image of the area so as not to seem ‘seedy’.
