I made this redesign for one of my uni classes. I always thought a cover should be the reflection of the history and the true message behind it. While the original Antoine de Saint Exupery’s cover is a classic, it lacks on that reflection, so it gives the sensation of loneliness because of all the empty space and the way the little prince is represented: lonely, in his home. Although I absolutely love the original illustrations for its creativity and use of watercolors, I wanted to give it my own twist. In no way I want to disrespect the author or his work. I hope you like it!
