Mammography

This project consisted of 7 mammography courses: 1 lecture and 6 internships. Courses were competency-based and it was a CBE (Competency-Based Education) grant. The competency was crucial because all the graduates needed to take a very knowledge heavy test by ASRT (American Society of Radiologic Technologists) to get certified. I had to present a great deal of content in an engaging manner and it was challenging. Along with official ASRT content, I created many interactions using Adobe Captivate, handouts, content pages, videos, and presentations. The quizzes had unlimited attempts and minimum 80% score requirement to pass since the competency was a key element. It was challenging to ensure interaction with classmates since everyone finished the course on their own pace but I managed to set up some discussion forums that were helpful in connecting.
