The more a person recalls music, the more they change it. Each time they put it into language, it shifts. The more you describe symphonies, the more likely it is that you are making a story that fits your life, resolves the past, creates a fiction you can live with. It's what musicians do.

During 2018-2020, I was associated with many music video productions, as a photographic assistant, photographer, creative director, and so on. Here are a few photographs that I took during those days.



Only then did I start to believe in the theory of 'Almost'. They almost loved me. I almost believed it. I almost learned to ignore the awful heart squeeze that left me breathless every time I tried to put together their distinct feature. I almost moved on. Not quite. Not entirely. One day, maybe.


Once you play your instruments, you are moving away from the truth of things. The safest memories are locked in the brains of people who can't remember. Their memories remain the closest replica of actual events. Underwater. Forever.
