I’m so happy to share with you this amazing project that i developed for Work + Wonder April 2021 General Conference Children’s Workbook. This time the theme chosen for the workbook was "Celebrating the Union", and I think it is a perfect theme, taking into account all the #BlackLivesMatter movements and calls for equality that we have experienced in recent months.
It is a privilege for me to work on a project that is so dear to me because of my faith, but also to be able to use my work to appeal more to unity and equality. One of my favorite parts of this project was to create a color palette of several different skin tones. It was almost like creating a rainbow of different skins and races.
This is one of my favorite illustrations. It was a lot of fun to draw children from different nations in different yoga positions.
