Everyone should have a survival preparedness kit stored in their car or with them on any camping trip, but how many of us actually do? When you have no formal supplies, improvisation is key.
The challenge of this project was to take a random sampling of objects provided by my classmates and organize them into an interactive environment. I chose to organize the objects by their usefulness in a survival situation. The objects can be filtered into four different categories: shelter/wamth, health/first aid, food/water and general tools. The visual inspiration for my experience came from the classic US Army’s field manuals for survival, titled "Army Field Manual FM 21-76."
