The project concerned the design of a new bottle for the sparkling wine produced by Santero, capable of reconciling the company's values with the technical constraints associated with the production of glass bottles.
SOLUTION
Our first proposal is Langhe. Its design aims to recreate on the bottle the profile of the wine-growing hills surrounding the company. These hills were represented through graphic elements in relief, in which the 958 logo of the company was integrated.
The second proposal is Roero. The design of the bottle, through carved elements, wants to replicate the image of the rows of vineyards, underlining the human labor that, over the centuries, has managed to transform the Piedmontese territory and characterize its image.
The two projects were presented during the Verallia Design Awards 2018. The project Roero was awarded with an honorable mention.
