This was a housing development project and this was my stage one idea to go forward to the client. BAU in German means construction/ building. This is where the design aesthetic came from using a strong bold typeface and angles to give the feel of construction. The layout for the brochure then follows this with a strict grid structure so everything has its own place along with the photography to further enforce the concept.
