Illustrations for the TMRW Challenge + D2 Conferences - The First Settlement on Mars

I imagined the first Colony - not so far in the future - inhabiting the sky into high-altitude balloons, leaving Mars's surface for laboratories, roads, research and various science experiments.

The Night Comes Down, Up In The Air  and Spotted Species are the main titles chosen to express different stories, feelings and mood related to life on Mars I had in my mind, including humans, animals and vegetation. Also they show three different environments: The interior view, the exterior view and the inside-out aerial view.
