Climate Control is a concept for new experience exhibition, designed around a single object from the Natural History Museum in London. This is the stand-alone concept pack that is designed to inform the museum's curators about the exhibition, as well as take them through and explain the experience. The whole pack has been designed and built to represent the exhibit using materials that directly relate to it as well as materials that represent the feel of the actual experience.
The three books that are enclosed in the box explain and show three different elements to the experience. The first showcases the visual aspect, giving examples of the visual identity for the exhibit and 3D mock-ups of the space. The second book takes the reader through the first part of the experience mainly using touch, with minimal writing to explain it. The final book explains the second half to the experience using a mainly images to represent the visual nature of it.
