Siddhartha by Hermann Hesse
Book cover design
My new assignment was to create a book cover for a book I love, or at least read once, so I can accurately convey its vibe. I chose “Siddhartha”, because I already had an assignment, linked to this masterpiece (I study Asian studies in university) and decided it was best to combine the two.
Furthermore my copy of the book is extremely old and discoloured, so it was really fun to think of a new modern design for it.
It was my first time using mock ups as well.
