Rivolta is not your typical Italian restaurant. By thinking outside the plate, Rivolta wants to change the belief that good pastas can only be enjoyed in trattorias or elegant dines. We started the project with the strategy, the brand idea that we develop was “Think outside the plate”. That’s why Rivolta encourage you to question everything and makes the statement that there is not just one way of doing things. Rivolta, which means "Revolution" in Italian, was the name we came out when brainstorming the brand’s naming. To create the visual identity, we took reference in the Dada movement. A series of collages were developed and red was used as the main color, due to its strength. We also created different key messages to communicate the brand’s personality.
