The Millennium field force uses an application called Roambi for their mobile BI solution. Taking into account that overall this group is generally hesitant to adapt to new technology, we created a custom application which would serve as a mobile user guide. This guide provides PDF documentation, videos, walkthroughs and contact info.
Since it’s launch, we have received excellent feedback from the sales force regarding the overall design and intuitive usability of the app.
