We design this We care web portal for managers to manage all employee level Approvals, Awards, Team Events and budget-related status all in one place which will help user to plan tasks as their priority.

Home Page with simple Cards design upfront, Help users to find out what they looking for and every card has its own flow.

Team Event page, User can create team events and add employees and all allocation n refunds can be tracked in one place.

Give Awards page with different Types of awards or gift options and we can add or track refunds on the same page.  

I studied the workflow fully, understood the features in detail and came up with the new workflow with a short and simple UI design. and Created a prototype for this project.
