Japanese Home Décor
Project title: Soft Universe
Category: Home décor

Target consumer: Japanese (Asia Pacific)
Workflow: Research was done to understand consumer behavior in the APAC region specifically Japan (high textile import value and low textile export value in APAC). Top interior design trends of 2021 were studied in relation with Japanese design concepts of minimalism and de-cluttering along with some other parts of Japanese culture and lifestyle. Then the inspiration/ concept/ mood board was made keeping in mind, all the key points derived from the research. Design ideas were noted down and sketched out. And some graphics and prints were illustrated and draped on mockups.
