The Odd Couple set was designed to be a New York City loft apartment.  I built custom window frames out of welded steel.  I also sanded plexiglass to create a partially opague window treatment that made for a very interesting visual effect.  The build also consisted of making faux cabinets and wiring lighting and stereo equipment to create the effect of an actual apartment.
