This article was designed for a group project in an art direction class. We created a magazine, YUP (Young Urban Professionals) and designed all the articles and created advertisements for local companies. This advertisement is for Binny's, a Chicago liquor store. The magazine was set to be published in the fall, and Binny's does fall wine tastings every weekend in October. I photographed a spotlighted glass of wine surrounded by traditional fall elements to create the feeling of autumn for the reader. The colors and fonts create a sense of elegance and coziness.
