10' x 42" live edge dining table constructed of live edge black Oregon walnut from a fallen tree. The table top is made of 4 separate slabs that were planed and glued together to appear as one. Biscuits keep the top level, and metal clips rest into slots in the legs, allowing the top to float and move freely with the unpredictable movement of wood. Reinforcment bar was reused and painted matte black to hold the legs together, while doubling as a beautiful detail element.
