During the peak of Lockdown in 2020 life changed as we know it. For everyone. We all had a shared experience of life feeling like it was spiraling out of control, along with our mind body and spirit goals. That included going to the gym and keeping fit. NPL wanted a campaign where they could motivate and let their fans, followers and clients know that there was still hope. That they could still take back control of their fitness, happiness lifestyle and bring balance back. The campaign included a free fitness and eating plan routine as well as daily motivation to keep people going. There were the designs created using NPLs athletes who cam onboard to help everyone TAKE BACK CONTROL!
