When it comes to breast cancer; early detection saves lives! Klämdagen (roughly translated to "Squeeze Day") is a Facebook application that reminds women to examine their breasts monthly to increase the chance of early detection. The application works like a Facebook-integrated calendar where the user chooses a day for a monthly breast self-exam. The application pushes a notification on the user's wall reminding the user of her "squeeze day" and thereby promoting the campaign to her friends. Klämdagen is an initiative from BRO - Bröstcancerföreningarnas Riksorganisation.
I designed and produced all of the visual design elements such as the logo, typography, illustrations and the GUI. I worked closely with Facetime Media who were in charge of developing the application. I was also involved in the design & production of printed and digital material to promote the application.
