— Design a comprehensive brand identity system for the NALEO 29th Annual Conference in Orlando, Florida.
— Creative design of print and web materials to include conference website, registration portal, commemorative conference journal, fundraising collateral, program booklets, media kits, registration packets, social media graphics, powerpoint presentations.
— Meet with the President's advance team, White House Communications Agency Officials, U.S. Secret Service, campaign staff and audio/visual vendors for pre-production planning of the NALEO Annual Conference to determine needs, discuss budget, schedule and make recommendations for set design and on-site production schedule.
— On-site audio/visual production and stage management.
— Post-production video editing and photography archive.
ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
Five months before the November 2012 election, President Barack Obama and Republican Presidential Candidate Governor Mitt Romney addressed the nation’s Latino leadership at the organization’s 29th Annual Conference on Friday, June 22, in Orlando, Florida. With changing demographics and the growing U.S. Latino population, this conference was an opportunity for the President to address key elected officials and leaders regarding the Administration’s efforts to address the unique issues and challenges facing the Latino community today.
The address was part of the three-day convention of nearly 1,000 Latino public officials working at all levels of government in communities across the nation. Conference participants joined political and policy leaders for panel discussions on education, health, financial empowerment, broadband adoption and the growing clout of Latino voters in American politics.
