Facilitate (RSA Submission)
"Facilitate" is an RSA Student Design Awards 2020 Submission made in collaboration with a group.
This design responds to brief 7: Just About Managing. Our goal was to facilitate the job search process for people with disabilities (PWD). Through this app, it would be possible to connect employers with Job Seekers and match them based on the needs of the PWD and the employer company's accessibility. This narrowing down process is then created based on the information on the employer's profiles and location.
To create this project, we went through a research process of difficulties faced by PWDs and ways we could help, based on inclusive programs and communities.
