This series is inspired by the euphoria we get during psychedelic experiences

Eudaimonia is a reminder that life must be lived and that every moment is a gift. Enjoy it. Celebrate it. Have a blast and go with a bang.

The clown is interpreted as the fire starter or ice breaker of any event hence the flames in his fingers with cotton candy hair and gumballs as his teeth giving off the sense that it is the life of the party. As the viewer’s gaze draws away from the main subject, little things start to pop off such as the mushrooms symbolizing an out-of-this-world experience, the jester’s hat which symbolizes the laughter and life of any scene, the confetti spread all around the clown symbolizing the electricity and festive atmosphere, and the clouds which symbolize euphoria.

This artwork presents solid abstract lines that depict the roughness of the beginning of any sexual journey, to the vibrant choice of color palette that captures the melting down of one's own mind & body - feeling every inch of emotion and letting go of that sense of control, leading to the almost godlike feeling of climax through the highlights and shadows making a luscious and eye candy piece. Some may interpret the artwork as a sexual awakening or a spiritual rediscovery but one thing anyone can be sure of - it is that perfect little moment between chaos and harmony. The artwork can stand alone even with just the linework, the colors, or the high lights & shadows but just like in any sexual encounter, it is best experienced with a full course.

Thanatos gives the impression that one feels under the rain in a funeral wake: the chaos that reigns inside and the idea of pain, agony, and destruction. One can argue that Thanatos or Death is a part of the cycle of life; after destruction comes re-construction and that after the demise of the person, the idea, or the emotion springs forth the genesis of something better. Thanatos reminds us that we should not fear death but instead greet it as an old friend.
