This is a 3D printing final assignment for the module “Advanced Development and Prototyping”. The design brief is to redesign the body casing of an existing product with 3D printing. For my product, I have chosen the hand crank torch light. In my new design, I took the inspiration from the pistol grip of a gun for better ergonomic for users to use while holding and recharging the torchlight. These are the break down of the product that I have done. The final product is 3d printed with Fortus 3D printing machine and the filament is ASA.
