The Goal
The goal of this report was to use the methods for gathering and interpreting Web tracking and usage data. The Report was a study conducted by myself and two other students to analyze the online presence of the Media and Applied Communications website and to provide actionable insights intended to increase significant traffic on the site.

 
The Approach
"A consumer-centric strategic analysis called Key Insights Analysis which has as its goal delivery of actionable insights and metrics for Web site developers” (Baker 2013).
