The Benaki Museum ranks among the major institutions that have enriched the material assets of the Greek state. It is also the oldest museum in Greece operating as a Foundation under Private Law. Like many institutions of its kind, The Benaki Museum has well-equipped stores offering a wide range of products from memorabilia to artifacts etc.
The Benaki Museum Shop commissioned us to design a composition that would communicate its thirty five - year support of Greek designers.
The Benaki Museum Shop commissioned us to design a composition that would communicate its thirty five - year support of Greek designers.
We used the number “thirty five” as a base of creation around which a world of forms, created by Greek designers as products for the shop, originates. The number is almost covered by the plethora of the creations. The number of years of the Benaki Museum Shop’s support, “steps back” to allow the Greek creativity to shine.
