I completed my internship with redBus. As an intern I was responsible for the redesign of http://seatseller.in website. SeatSeller is a platform for Travel Agents to sell bus tickets and earn commission out of it. The platform also distributes its inventory to other travel sites, which also acts as travel agents for SeatSeller and earns commission on each ticket sold. SeatSeller currently has more than 40,000+ travel agents all over India.

 

As an UX designer my goal was to design and present the information on the website in a manner that is tailored to the needs of the users and to organize and make new information accessible in a usable way. The project was carried out in a user-centered fashion using appropriate user research methods.
