The concept:
Dystopian Reconnaissance is a project ranging over many months to create a shared universe set in a dystopian society. The inital idea to create a 3D mechanical drone was sparked by some sketches provided by my friend Christopher Rosewarne and thus MX-08 was born. After that the goal was to create a scene which was a blend of nature and science fiction, this then spiralled into the full series you see here.
