'Sewakeun' Car Rental Mobile Application Concept

An entrepreneur Pak Umar from Indonesia who has lived in America has used a car rental application service called Turo, where the car rental process in his opinion is very good and the working method is almost similar to Airbnb. So the vehicle you want to rent will be verified by hosting, prospective tenants, outside/inside photos of the car and how long the rental will be. When in Indonesia, people usually rent or rent cars using the telephone and WhatsApp methods. So Mr. Umar was interested in developing a car rental business in Indonesia by accommodating several ideas from Turo.

At this stage, the Digital Agency team held a meeting with Pak Umar to introduce and share his desire to create and develop a car rental business with Android & iOS application output. After the Digital Agency team received a brief from Pak Umar, the research phase was carried out by the Kuys team using the interview method, finding out the competitors' features, studying the 'Sewakeun' brand which has been identity created by Pak Umar's team and drafting which features might be used and not for the Indonesian market.

The Turo reference interview stage cannot be carried out except for Pak Umar because this application is not yet available in Indonesia, so it is rather difficult to find other users who have used the Turo application.
