基隆是一座海港城市，同時也是台灣的門戶，四百年的歷史，多元豐富的文化於此匯聚，其中委託行街區見證了台灣1950到1980年代基隆港的繁盛貿易光景，它不僅是舶來品交易的聚集地，也是大眾展現自己的新潮或前衛的地方。那是基隆港最輝煌的時代。
我們將基隆包裝為一間「委託行」，在這裡有黃金年代的老基隆、有最新潮最在地的基隆。這些全都歷經風雨沖刷、海浪拍打，飄洋過海地呈現出來。

Keelung is a harbor city, also is the gateway to Taiwan. Four hundred years of history where diverse cultures gathered. The commissioned street witnessed the prosperous trading era of Keelung Port in Taiwan from the 1950s to the 1980s. It is not only a gathering trade of foreign goods, also is a place where people show their fashion styles and avant-garde. That was the most glorious age of Keelung Port.
We bulid an image of Keelung as a commission store, we have the old Keelung in its golden time, the most stylish and the most indigenous Keelung, which have gone through the wind and the rain, and the beating of the waves, travelled across the sea to present the most of it.
