Translation: This is a project with the objective of choosing a song and, from it, collecting a color palette and creating an art based on it. The song chosen was 'Dona Cila' by the Brazilian singer Maria Gadú

The colors used to build the chromatic pattern of the music are from the Pantone+ solid coated palette available on Adobe Illustrator.
Translation: Maria Gadú wrote the song for her late grandmother, knowing how to convey her feelings very well. I’m comforted by the feeling of longing that the song brings out, even if I’m not going through that experience in that moment. As if I had lost a very close person or dear one, like my own mother.
Translation: From the words MOURNING, LONGING and MOTHER, it came to my mind to pay homage to a very important person for the country and who was
a victim of Covid-19.
